Automated Trigger Message

Can we add to the request list to include:

-an automated trigger ‘welcome’ message for every visitor that comes to our website?

eg.

  1. First time visitors - welcome - we are online if you need help
  2. repeat visitors - welcome back - we are here if you need any help

Realised this simple trigger message worked really well for us previously (makes us appear ‘online’ all the time)

the triggers are only available for the chat itself when visitor start communicating with customer service by pressing the chat button.
