Co-Browsing Not Working

I’m not sure what might be causing the issue here, but we have tried it on multiple browsers.
Whenever we try to do the co-browsing feature the website view to us is blank and we can not see the page content.

Not sure if this is related or not, but under the widget settings turning on co-browsing gives a server error when you save the configuration. The option still exists for a operator to request access to view their browser… it just results in the above. (Just as a side note, yes we have subscribed to the feature for all our users)

Sorry but it seems a separate case that has to be addressed by the technician(some scripts on your website may block the co-browsing). please email us [email protected] and we may provide a teamviewer / anydesk support
